When there's a problem with superfakes or differences of opinions among authenticators, A4U will seek further experts to look at the item. And that's a good thing because you don't want them to make a mistake.

There are too many other "professional" services that have made way too many mistakes because they don't get more than one opinion when necessary.

Do you know if A4U still authenticate classic flaps from 15 million series and beyond? I have a bag I really want to get authenticated asap. Etinceler will not do it. Caroldiva said it is authentic, but I will like a second opinion :/


Lesley if you are reading this: Can you authenticate a jumbo for me with serialnumber starting with 19? The bag was bought in 2013.

For Chanel, the two services I use, trust and recommend are A4U and Etincelerauthentcations. I believe that A4U authenticates Classic and Re-issue Flap bags from 15 series and beyond. Personally, I would not use Carol for Chanel, I've seen her err once too often.

Chanel boutiques do not authenticate - SAs are not qualified nor permitted. However, the only other way to find out if your bag is authentic is to take it to the boutique for a spa as they will reject a counterfeit bag.

She was fine at least until 28 September as she was posting on her fb page, so there must be another explanation why you have not heard back after you spent money on her service.

did anyone get a spam email from A4U? I thought it was my authentication because it said 'delicate and urgent' please go to this link for your authentication, stupidly I entered my password because it took me to a google drives link which I thought would bring up an 'authentication' letter etc (not sure how it works because it's the first time I've used auth services), it turned out to be a hacker/hack, infected my computer and sent the same message, as if from me, to every single contact. So embarrassing haha! hopefully people who received it were wise enough to ignore it though, only I thought it was legit because of the nature of the email/service

I need urgent help. Im really hoping someone here can help me :cry: I requested an authentication at authenticate4u and sent 2 payments to their paypal account on 30 september and 02 october ( i need help to authenticate 2 bags) and i keep receiving emails saying that the user mail account is full therefore the system cannot deliver my emails. I sent emails to both [email protected] and [email protected] and i keep receiving emails saying that it failed.

Is there anyone from authenticate4u here that can help me to solve this problem? Its been more than 1 week and im still dont know if my request has got through or not :(

She will be back up and running today. Send her an email if you want a refund. Give her time to get through the backlog though. No need to jump the gun. She is honest.
 
Oh my, i dont think i mentioned anything about wanting refund or anything. If im not happy or anything i dont have to wait for almost 2 weeks to ask for refund or ask help here. I've used authenticate4u alot in the past and they always get back to me within 3 days. Im just worried because everytime i sent email, I always get reply saying that my email cant be delivered. The replies are from the server not from authenticate4u, that's make me more worried. That's why im asking here if anyone from authenticate4u here can let me know if my request has got thru or not.

Yes, im aware that the owner is sick, but i dont know that only the owner can help me. I thought there might be any other authenticators who can help me check if my email (request) has been received by them.

Below is the replied that i received from the server everytime i sent authenticate4u emails.
