I'm sorry this person is sick, but if she is too sick to run the business then possibly it is time to temporarily suspend transactions until she feels well again. I understand that - and by A4U's replies, those people are always refunded and provided the service for free.

She could not have been sweeter! Its obvious she is going through a very difficult time right now. After I used the information Noshoepolish posted on how best to reach her, she was in touch with me within minutes with a refund and a kind note too. I can't imagine what she must be going through. Its clear to me that she is doing her absolute best in the worst of circumstances. I hope that she can put these scary health problems behind her very soon!
