It really is a shame that A4U can't get their act together because I was really impressed with the professional authentication letter I received from them when I finally did get my authentication. I was also impressed with how thorough they were in making sure the bag was authentic in that they asked for more photos even though I had originally included A LOT of photos.

Carol Diva was very quick in getting back to me when I contacted her about authenticating another bag but all I got back was an email response that it was authentic. No nice, professional letter like A4U. She didn't ask for any additional photos but then again maybe she was sure with just the ones my seller provided.

If there could be some happy medium between the two, with Carol's responsiveness and A4U's professionalism and thoroughness it would be so great!

Oh no. :( I hope that she's OK and recovers quickly.

So sorry to hear this - hope she is feeling better soon! I was wondering why I had not heard anything from them when I submitted my scarf - it's not like them to not respond.

Hi everyone, sorry I didn't want to start a new thread for the same topic but I paid for an authentication almost two weeks ago and have heard nothing back, I have tried to call and email A4U and have run out of ideas, I understand they take time to reply but not even having any updates at all, especially with things like authentications that need a fast turnaround, I'm confused and desperate to have a response

This is to advise you that AFU are currently offline due to my being in a private medical centre receiving treatment. I apologise for inconveniences but unfortunately thus has been unexpected and without providing personal details - necessary. I do not have access to our mailing system at this time.

Our Service will be resumed as soon as possible and for those clients who have had difficulty we will, of course, make full refund.
