Hi,
I have ordered 4 items and never heard back from them, all I got was the auto reply. I needed the items to be authenticate asap so I can return it back in time, as the deadline is getting closer. It's been couple of weeks now.... extreme disappointed... I do understand the system problem... but yet I am extremely disappointed.

Have you followed up and re-contacted them? Have you checked your spam folder to see if responses might have gone there?

Definitely try contacting them again if you haven't. I usually send them a screen shot of my Paypal receipt when I request a service, just attach it to the email. This way they know to connect your payment with the correct customer. I haven't had more than a 2 or 3 business day wait for authentication, but I have never requested the pricier services such as the authentication needed for Paypal. GL!

Our office is not open at the weekend - and on Monday we had an internet issue - which is totally beyond our control. Service is resumed and we are working all out to address backlog.

Also - can you advise quite how we should authenticate your items, given that you have NOT provided us with any photos?

Can anyone tell me if the third party authentication service such as Authenticate4U.com that a lot of the authenticators suggest is the real deal?!?
(A bit surprised that the purse i found at the attic of my grandmother turned out to be authentic.. -> Authenticate4U just emailed me it's authentic... So i'm looking for a second opinion... Or people that have worked with Authenticate4U and afterwards took there bag to a store and have had positive:tup: or negative experiences..)

Thank you very very much!!! :flowers:

I've use authenticate4u and I never had any problems with them, they answered my email promptly. I think they're accurate with their authentication, professional and with a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Hi,
Just to say, I got my items authenticated, and was really happy.
Due to the system down there is a little delay. Sorry for my negative comments. I must say they have a really great service. :) thank you authenticate4u

I sent in a request for authentication for an LV Tivoli. I received an email saying they're working on their backlog. I hope they get back to me soon, seems like most people like them.

Update:

Great site! They replied very quickly and the price of $7.50 was reasonable for authentication. I felt like they took the time to look at the pictures I sent in and they even asked for more before they gave me a definite answer. Despite the backlog in their server, they still got back to me very quickly. I definitely feel comfortable buying pre-loved now that I know about this site. I highly recommend authenticate4u!

I haven't used them personally, but Authenticate4U is highly recommended in both the Balenciaga and Prada subforum. Notably for Prada, since other authenticators don't seem to specialize in identifying the Prada saffiano superfakes, and A4U is one of the few ones (maybe even the only one) that is trusted by the Prada experts as far as those go.

Just used them on an LV bag purchased on Ebay. I attached a link of the auction along with album in photobucket of pics I took as listing had pics I felt weren't sufficient nor too detailed. Even with the time difference, I expected a turnaround of about 24-48 hours. To my surprise, I got an answer back in about 2 hours!! with updates in between of where my inquiry was at, where they were sending it off to have specialized individuals look at it. I'm very pleased with their service and will definitely utilize them again going forward.

Hello lovelies,

I'm just wondering if anyone has used Authenticate4u.com in the past 2 weeks? I've used them quite a few times recently but for the past 2 weeks I've had no response to my last two authentication requests & I've paid. I've emailed numerous times but no response...

Normally Lesley gets back to me right away or at least within 2 days so I'm a little concerned as it's been 2 weeks+! Can anyone shed some light on this?

I did use them back on June 26, she got back to me about 1.5 day later to confirm my bag is authentic, she also promised to send me the formal valuation in PDF later on but then it seems their email system had some issues at that time so I never got the formal PDF document as of yet..

My experience with authenticate4u is usually very good. I used their authentication service again last week and received a response within a few days. Maybe there is a little backlog .. as I know for a fact their office was closed for a day last week. I believe you are in the same time zone/country, give them a call? ;)

Since A4U uses multiple brand specialists and since it's summer and people take day trips and vacations, it's possible that some of Lesley's authenticators might not be available if they're on vacation.

I used them recently and they got back to me within 24hrs. They needed more pics and they gave me an answer 3 days later ( after the weekend).
