If that's the current auction for the East/West stam bag, then it's fake, because the seller states that the zippers are Lampo, and from what I understand, is incorrect.

It looks like it could be real, but it's hard to see the quality of the patent with the flash photos. I would ask for additional pics, without flash, and see if that helps distinguish the quality. It appears to be the small sized bowler.

What do you think of this Large Multipocket?
The color combination of Dark Indigo is gorgeous, I think Indigo is a color from Fall 2004.

Also--forgot to mention, the seller says it has a serial number. Vogue1966's very useful page on authenticating other styles suggests that MJ never puts in a serial number.
OTOH, several of you seem to have style number F05610 in your authentic Stams; possible that my seller, who is non-native-English speaker (Chinese; redflag? I apologize in advance if that seems bigoted), might be confused??

The picture tell you right there, looking at both MJ tags, one thread is white and the other is black....

I recognize this seller. From the pictures, I don't feel good about this Elise. The leather looks too smooth (plastic looking), it lacks the wrinkley and distressed factors of MJ's patent leather bags. Are my eyes or computer screen different from others? Anyone can see those details in the pictures?
