Hello,

I hope you all had a nice weekend. I am hoping this is authentic - what do you think?

Also, is the dust bag suppose to be that lilac color? I don't remember it being that purple when going through all of the authenticity tips upon the board.

I remember this bag but I have not seen it in this color. It is an older style, maybe a couple of years ago. I do remember it was expensive and it did make it to the sales.I would be shocked if it were faked. I think you have a gorgeous authentic bag arriving soon. FleurDeLis has this bag in green. She posted it in the tPf members Choos thread. Here it is...

I was just in Chicago this past weekend and went to the JC store. I looked at the Ramona's and hubby offered to buy me this balck and silver one, but I remember seeing online somewhere that there was one that was kind of a gold-brown color (like the fake on the ebay link) that had snake skin trim on it. That's the color I really want (trying to match a pair of shoes I just bought), but the SA at the JC store couldn't tell me if they had one in that color in the fall collection. Anyone know? Thanks.

The biker Ramona that you're referring to is a VERY nice bag! I have the biker Riki in burgundy and several other tPF members also have either the biker Riki or Ramonas in various colors....we all love them! :heart:

There is a Ramona that is new for Fall/Winter that is made out of eel that is in shades of brown. Otherwise there is the Bronze or Gold Ramona. If you like either of these, just call the Chicago store, ask for Casey and she will send that baby right out! 312-255-1170

I had almost purchased the white mahala (I authenticated today for windowshops) last week when it was listed, but I am just not good at light colored bags and I ended up with the little Ciggy instead:push:

That little ciggy you got is very cute. I saw that Mahala too, but I don't know how it will look when repaired. I had a Valentino repaired and it never did look right. I reeealy do not need any more bags this year! Have you found a reptile bag yet?
