Hey everyone. I want to buy a Michael Kors watch, the MK5020 from eBay as it's much cheaper from the US than here in Australia. Does any one have a go to eBay shop for Michael Kors? I'm scared to just go with anyone in case I end up with a fake.

I am not an expert, but the markings look good to me. They are very similar to the markings I have in my love. I went the pre-loved route as well. According to members of this forum and 2 individual appraisers, mine is real. Congratulations on your purchase!

When it comes to an item that is so often replicated, I would reccommend bringing the item to a trusted appraiser to verify authenticity once you receive it. The appraisal cost me about $100. It is worth it for the piece of mind. Plus, your insurance company will need it anyway. Hope this was helpful!

Cartier will not appraise pieces. They also will not verify authenticity unless you origionally purchased it through them (they may help you if you are a regular). I used my jeweler who specializes in estate jewelry and another jeweler who also sells estate pieces (the second jeweler I never purchased from).
