Hello tpf authenticators.
I think it's a bad idea to be a member on here sometimes, because I see things and then I begin to want them. Take the cartier bangle for instance :)

So, I found one for sale locally and I'm curious to know whether it's authentic or not.

Here's the info:

Item name: Cartier Bangle (I think it's the love bangle)
Item number: 498602644
Item link: http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-jewellery-watches-Cartier-bangle-W0QQAdIdZ498602644

I asked for more photos, but the seller said those were the best photos the seller could take with his/her phone.

I appreciate the replies!

I've posted this on the authentication area, but I have a feeling that there are a lot more people who just roam the threads and have expertise on the Cartier love bangle who could give me some advice.

If someone could help me confirm authenticity sooner rather than later, than I might have a chance to get this lovely bracelet.

The lovely tpf'ers on here have led me to believe I need a Cartier love bangle in my life. I've seen so many beautiful pics that I'm now really interested in one too! So, when I happen to come across one, I'd like nothing more than the opportunity to have one :D

Thanks for the help folks!

I am by no means an expert but I would say it is a fake. $300 for a real one is TOO GOOD to be true if you know what I mean. Also the fact that the pictures are so blurry is a big warning sign.

LOL!

I thought so! I just wanted to go to the experts and hear their voices of reason :) I'm always the type of person to give something a shot because you never know, but I'm glad I have the option of consulting tph'ers prior to any purchases.

The folks on here have never led me astray! I'm really indebted to all of the wonderful ppl who help out! :hugs:

Definitely fake!

I saw this beautiful David Yurman piece at a consignment shop. I wanted to see if I could get an experts opinion before I invest in this gorgeous piece. Thank you in advance for your help.

I took a second hand Yurman bracelet purchase to Holt Renfrew for authentication. They said that while it looked good to them, the only way to authenticate Yurman is at Yurman themselves because the fakes are so well done, you really can't tell.
