one of the photos shows 2 rows of stones, the other photo shows 1 row of stones if you look carefully. i only assume that they are stolen photos, because they do not appear to be the same watch.

I would not buy a J12 on ebay. Unless you can determine that the seller is legit. For al I know, someone from the forum may be listing one. However, you know that you will have no warranty and all services and cleaning you pay for? Even if you get a brand new watch on ebay, if they're not an AD, it's like buying a used watch. That means no warranty. That's too much to go without one. If you must pay thousand to through a retailer and you'll have the service that should with that price tag. JMHO..

^^^ I can buy one through a diamond/jewelry broker & get a 30% discount. And when I buy a name brand watch this way if it needs servicing I send it to who I bought it from & they send it to Chanel (for example) under their name. That way the warranty is in effect.

I would not buy on ebay.

It is almost impossible to tell whether a watch is authentic through pictures alone. Not only that, but they could pull the old "bait and switch" on you. I've posted many times in the Chanel subforum, and the experts there always say to be careful about buying J12's from eBay.

If you're going to buy online, I suggest jomashop.com
