I don't own this bag...but just observing the one from Gucci site & SAKS site, the leather color looks off, it is not supposed to be silver, it is supposed to be platinum (the sales girl at Gucci said they are calling it platino) I know they are close to the same color, but there is a difference. Plus the hardware in the photos looks too silver to me(might be the way the pics were taken) but they are supposed to be a gold tone. Plus the zero feedback would scare me...just my opinion, I'd be hesitant on this one.

I think it's odd when sellers cant provide more photos. Plus you cant even see a clear photo of the inside tag, which I think is important to see. Anyone else?

I'm still stumped on this one, I cant say either way. Does the seller offer a money back guarantee? He/She has been good about sending you additional photos. I'm hoping someone else can give you an opinion on this.

Yes, the seller has been very helpful in sending me additional photos, and she does offer a money back guarantee - but isn't this quite easy to say?

Yeah, I would also like some more responses, but maybe people just don't have a clue with this particular bag? ;)

We kids bought our mom a medium abbey in platinum leather trim (from Saks). When we first looked at the bag, it looked "gold tone" to us with indoor lights. I've compared the pictures of my mom's handbag to those of the Saks and Gucci sites, the color of the Gucci site is much closer to the real bag. The Saks picture is too light. That's the thing with metallic leather when taking pictures with flash, cannot tell the real tone! I bought myself a small cosmetic case (in the same leather trim too) and want more :p

Hi all~!

Was just randomly looking for a laptop tote and stumbled upon this - it's cute but the seller has so few feedback and there are just a whole bunch of ambiguities regarding the authenticity (and I'm no expert).

So I figured I'd bring it over here and let all you professionals give me some advice on it~!

Is it real? Should I get it?
