It is so true that the same bag will be "on sale two weeks later for a much lower price." This is standard operating procedure with Coach Factory sales. We just discovered that during the same sale (on Coach's website, not on ebay) that different people were seeing different prices. I was one of those that got the higher prices.OMG! Their customer service must be atrocious!
However why do buyers leave neutral feedback for things like "it's a good gift for mom"; "I am am very like it"; "Return item, husband already purchased one"; "Return product too small"; "Had to return it, larger than expected" and my favourite "this same bag was on sale two weeks later for a much lower price"
Also their shipping is incredibly slow. I ordered something on Monday, I didn't get the shipping confirmation until Thursday, and it isn't scheduled to be delivered until Thursday the 21st, so it is typically around 10 days to get from Florida to California. Compared to any other ebay seller, Coachfactory is the slowest. I can send a priority mail package from California to Florida and it gets there in 2 or 3 days. Coach has a contract with UPS and uses the slowest, cheapest shipping option possible for their factory orders. But if you don't order the minimum $150 to get free shipping, it costs $10 to ship except for one or two small items that might only cost you $5. (I ordered 2 keychains and the shipping was $5; if I added another keychain to the order, the shipping jumped to $10.) If you order something from the FP store, it only takes 3 days at the most, and sometimes they will overnight it.
Another problem is that they never show enough views of the items and don't have thorough enough descriptions. I've bought totes that I didn't know had separating zippers which I hate. I've learned to look at other ebay sellers of the same item to learn more about the item. At least once they had two seemingly identical items with different style numbers, and people had to order both to figure out which one they wanted.
Their clothing and shoe sizes are not standardized. One time you can wear an 8 in a shoe and the next time a 6, so unless you have previously tried on the shoes, you really don't know what size to order.
And yet, I keep ordering!
