I'm confused. I thought Coach ser. nos. were at least 4 digits and not 3 digits? I would have guessed the bag was fake.By "conflicting and/or misinformation" i mean that the picture shows a creed indicating one style number and her title shows a different one. That doesn't mean that the seller is intentionally lying or trying to fool a buyer. And it also doesn't mean the seller has a fake or sells fakes.
It merely means that the seller is human and made a mistake, didn't proofread or didn't do her homework in understanding the meaning and deciphering of Coach creeds.
I don't see anything in the seller's listings that indicates dishonesty, lack of integrity, sale of fakes or anything else.
As both Hyacinth and I pointed out, the bag shown in the listing is authentic and IS style 378.
not serial numbers, style numbers. Some older style numbers were only 3 digits.I'm confused. I thought Coach ser. nos. were at least 4 digits and not 3 digits? I would have guessed the bag was fake.

Searching for "Coach 9927" and came across a couple of these backpacks.
I actually bought one of these fake backpacks around 2005 I think, the Creed number on mine is M4N-4154 (on the fake number list).
Here is another 9927, the description says authentic:

What do you think??? I went ahead and bought because I've been looking for a great leather weekender and saw this...I hope it's a real coach...or at least real leather...
Thank you so much! I look forward to your reply![]()
The serial number is 1995 (I'm sure that is what you meant.) This style wasn't introduced until Spring 1997 so that is over a year too early for this style. The zipper pull is wrong. The font of the creed is slightly off. I think it is fake.Item: Vintage Legacy #9966 Classic

Comment: I am wondering about the serial number (2005 is earlier than many Legacy zips I have seen) and need to know if authentic before I bid. Thanks!
