Good evening!

Today I found this green ziparound wallet while thrifting. I know that it is more difficult to authenticate wallets than it is bags --I thank you in advance, as always.

I can't pinpoint the style.... but here are the pics

It's a Gramercy accordion wallet. It appears authentic. I think it is from around 2009.

Thanks whateve! I will post more tomorrow for authentication.

They had the two tone color combo in 4413 too

I'm trying to list on ebay for the first time last night (only bought before), and they removed my listing instantly as they think they might be fake!!! Ironically I bought from ebay! And I had each one authenticated here before! Some of the true fakes that I saw before were done deals, so ebay is selective, not in the correct way:tdown:
You should call ebay. Tell them that you bought them on ebay. They can check that, and then they will probably remove the strike against you (but you still can't relist). Any time a new seller lists anything that is widely counterfeited, it sends up red flags. It is best to start small to build your reputation. As Beenburned said, a tpf authentication isn't valid for ebay.

It's a gramercy accordion wallet and is fine.

ETA: Again, this is another instance where I should have finished reading to see if the question was answered already! :)

This is a thrift shop find, in my possession, almost put it back because it was so unfamiliar to me!
Could use help with authentication & identity.

Item: Black Leather xBody - Olympic Special Edition
In my possession
Size: Approx 8" h x 6" w
Strap: approx 26" drop
Creed - "Handcrafted in the United States" #657-0577 --see photos for more (weird) creed details ...
Other Details: Embossed & sewn-in USA Olympic logo badge on front, flap has a velcro close, bag is lined with what appears to be fleece?

Any information on this guy would be much appreciated.

Thanks as always...

I searched for the style number but couldn't come up with anything. Thanks!
It's authentic. It's probably about 10 years old so it's not surprising that you wouldn't have found anything with the number. Since there's no serial number on the creed and being so old, it's unlikely that even if there were a listing for the same item, the seller probably wouldn't know the style number to reference.

It looks good but surprisingly, Olympic pieces don't sell for the amounts you'd expect them to.

It's style number 657 (genuine Olympic items often don't follow the standard "rules" about serial and style numbers) and Coach called it an Olympic Tourist Pouch. No explanation for the fleece lining but it's probably for a camera. Made in 1995 for the 1996 Atlanta Games.

Item: handle backpack
Seller: savingwithstyle

Comments: I'm not 100 percent familiar with this style other than I know it's highly faked. I Am however familiar with this seller as they've listed several fake bags with authority :)

I don't believe it's authentic. Please wait for other opinions.

The font is too thick and AFAIK, "S" is a Chinese plant.

I agree with BeenBurned. The serial number font is too thick, and Coach had already opened the "S: plant in China as early as 1995 although the earliest creed photos I have for that plant are from Summer 1996 which is a year before that backpack. The creed stamp is also too low on the pocket and the stitching details of the top handle aren't quite right.

I have no clue. Maybe someone else might have ideas.

Thanks so much BeenBurned & Hyacinth for the info & auth. I wonder if the Olympic items were for retail, or were maybe goodie bag items for participants. Will have to keep an eye out for other pieces, could be a fun, inexpensive subcollection for me :-)

I'm pretty sure they were for retail. I worked for Levi's when they won the contract for the 1980 Olympics. When the US boycotted the Olympics, Levi's was stuck with tons of merchandise they couldn't sell. I still have a t-shirt I got in an employee sale.
