Item: Vintage COACH 9061 Brown Leather Rambler Legacy Shoulder Bag Purse

Seller: AgisCuteCollections

Comments: I should probably wait to buy another bag, but I really love the color of this bag. It's funny -- I was at work, doing my work-related things, when someone came up to me sporting a beautiful vintage Stewardess bag. My first impulse was to compliment her on her excellent taste; I refrained. My second impulse was to go online and see if I could find a vintage one somewhere... only the dimensions would be ugly on me. I'm short and tiny, and the Stewardess is way too big. But the Rambler has the same look, and this one is such a gorgeous color.

It's genuine, from 1999

Comments: It arrived to me yesterday and the seller shipped me a bag different from the pictured bag. The one I received is without a bullseye stamp on it. The following photos are mine. I want to know if the one in my possession is authentic.

She may have purchased more than one bag at the time and used the same pictures for both. It's a common practice and IMO not a problem with nwt items as long as they're the same style.

Your pictures show an authentic bag.

Hi, just wanted to be sure of these (my own finds). The first one I think is fake, but wanted to be 100% before I cut the straps and put it in the garbage. 12 tall x 16 wide across the top x about 4" deep with a 16" strap drop. B2M-5266 is stamped on both pockets inside:

The next one measures 9.5" tall x 9" wide x 2' deep with a 22" strap drop in the shortest hole. It is marked C6L-5180:

The first one's definitely fake. Not only is the zipper on one of the inside pockets much too short for the pocket, but style number 5266 belongs to a Beekman Briefcase, not a tote bag. The way the pocket on the other side is put together looks like whoever did it was falling-down drunk at the time. And Coach would never stamp creeds and serial numbers on both inside pockets.

The second one looks ok.

Ok & thanks for confirming, Hyacinth! :)

Both seem to be genuine.
Hyacinth, I'm curious. Are the seller's correct in saying that the bags are from the 70s?
