Here's another one I would like authenticated. The seller doesn't show a picture of the creed unfortunately. I am asking for one. There are some like it in the completed listings. TIA

Comment: Would this colour have been part of the collection.

I posted this in the finds section. I think it might be smaller than the seller states. The color was probably called ink. I don't know how purple it is IRL. If the creed checks out, it looks okay.

I'm worried that the seller says the bag has an E plant code but the description says it was made in the US.

I'm posting this here because I'm wondering if there is a chance that the bag could have been a sample which might account for the wrong creed.

It's possible but there's no way to prove it. The A plant did make some samples.

I had a number for that style somewhere but can't find it now.

You're right. I didn't notice that. I wouldn't take a chance without a creed picture.

The other one that's in the Completed listings has the same E8E-4187 serial number but has a Made In Italy creed and an outlet stamp. So we need to see that creed photo.

Here's the genuine one:

Comments: this is the first time im purchasing a coach bag online. if any of you can authenticate it for me i would appriciate it!

I'm just wondering if anyone saw my post. I was skipped and I would like to know if the diaper bag I bought was authentic?

It's genuine, but more opinions are welcome.

thanks. I have the style number in my files as 7302.

How do you organize your files? Mine are in style number order. When I get a pre-1994 bag, it takes me forever to find it.

Good evening, hyacinth and Whateve. Speaking of files.....I was recently thinking I should come up with a system to keep track of my rapidly growing collection. Any suggestions on what info I should record on each bag?

This is what I keep: style name, date of purchase, cost, color, year of manufacture and style number. I also have a place to put which scarves or fobs I use with the bag. I have them categorized by size. I also have categories for wallets, vintage, scarves, fobs, coin purses, etc.

For my vintage bags I keep the full creed number to help with authentications, and if I have the original hangtag (I started doing that because I remove them when I rehab so it reminds me whether I'll be able to find a hangtag to put on when I'm done.) I also am trying to take photos of everything in my collection.

I don't keep the original retail price but you might want to. It might be nice to have a stock picture too.
