Please help authenticating this 3rd bag (see previous post):

I am pretty sure it is a fake but need confirmation prior to filing complaint.

Item Name: No G0968-14133 (tribeca east/west)
Description: brown tote with stripe. stripe on back hides pocket with pink lining. "leather" portions feel cheap and like plastic. inner creed hard to read and especially hard to photograph due to very shiny. creed feels thin and like plastic. creed stitching irregular at corners. inner lining is pink and satiny. links of chain handles have obvious seems.
Dimensions: 12.5" width, 6" depth, 9.5" height

I don't see any problems with it. That's the correct texture of the trim and creed. Some of the patent leathers do feel plastic-y. As for seams on the chain links, that happens.

See post #1 for the required information. We need links to listings and seller IDs.

Other opinions are certainly welcome but from what I see (without benefit of the seller's listing), there's nothing telling me it's fake.

ETA: I commend you for posting here before opening a dispute or accusing the seller .

I wanted to thank everyone who looked at my postings and considered the authenticity of the 3 handbags. I really appreciate your time, consideration, and expertise. I'm glad all 3 bags have been deemed authentic and positive feedback has been left for each of the sellers on ebay.

Just a comment on the hardware ring "seams" - at least half the bags I've bought directly from Coach in the last few years including several Kristins and a City Willis have at least one pair of rings on each bag where the break is visible and isn't soldered or covered over. It doesn't mean a thing. If the gap were an eighth of an inch wide that would be a different story.

If it's a swingpack, it is normal for it to not have a creed inside. There should be a label that says Made in China. Post a link to the auction and we can tell you if it is authentic.

So I bought a Coach Purse on ebay. It said it was authentic and the seller had a great feedback so I decided to go for it. I received it today and I am not 100% convinced it is authentic!

It is a Leather Ashley Swingpack, but there is NOTHING inside the bag that says coach. The leather is nice, even has a strong leather smell. Please tell me if you think it is real or if I need to try to get my money back!

It looks fine. Coach doesn't put creeds into smaller bags most of the time.
