It's fine. My Savannah doesn't have any numbers either. This was pretty common with some Sheridans. Awesome price and color!

This Helen's Legacy looks authentic to me except that the leather looks awful! To me that doesn't look like it happened from wear. I think they started with a bad piece of leather. Any thoughts?

This Helen's Legacy looks authentic to me except that the leather looks awful! To me that doesn't look like it happened from wear. I think they started with a bad piece of leather. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Whateve. I had no idea it was coming up and I had to move fast. No one else bid on it. That's three in a row for about the same price. Now I really have to stop and take a break for awhile. I have most of the Sheridan collection. I think the only ones I don't have are the Durham and the tote. They will have to wait a bit. This is the first one I've seen with no numbers at all so wanted to double check. Thanks again.

We really need to see a picture of the creed. That number prefix has been used on lots of fakes.
