Known fake serial number L4C-9956 plus an invalid year code plus the off-center C pattern plus the wrong clip on the strap, plus the creed says the bag is made of glove-tanned cowhide.
I don't remember that wallet style but please wait for more opinions on that one.
It also has the wrong creed description plus a "puffy" creed, the wrong inside pocket zipper pull, and that E code had always been for Italy.
Right now there's a C4E- made in Italy Madison and an F4E- Made in Italy Sonoma Backpack on Ebay and I personally owned an E4E- made in Italy Bucket Zip Nubuc, there's just no way a D4E- bag would have been made in the US. There already was at least one US plant, the B plant, that was making Sononas in April of 1994 so even if the Italy plant had to close for any reason the B plant would have taken over production.
And here's a Madison with exactly the same D4E- prefix, clearly stamped Made In Italy:

Regina serial number is actually: K6C-9983..I am now shooting pics of the creed before I rehab them, I've had to do so much scrubbing that the creed in some of these newer bags become very faded /hard to read/ hard to shoot. Thanks again, I'll send pics for authentication..No big deal, but I would like to list it IF its authentic
Please let me know if you find the name for the small 1960s Blue ouch bag w/metal coach tag..I love the brown suede bag (pics) that you sent, as an example of a similar bag! Have a FAB DAY!!
