There are genuine creeds from the D plant with that extra dash but later, not in 1996. And as BeenBurned said, the date in the bag is much too early for silver-colored hardware. The serial number font is also completely wrong. AND if the second digit in the serial number is either a 5 or 6 there's an even bigger problem with it.
Thank you for your feedback, well boo

Title: Coach Bag/Wallet
Item number: 321294807766
Seller: dgs775
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Bag-Wallet-/321294807766?hash=item4acea9b2d6

Has anyone seen anything like this?

I think I know the answer but I want to be sure since I haven't seen everything and wouldn't report an item unless I'm sure it's fake.

TIA
Note how the box says "Year of the Horse." That means it would have been made for either 2002 or 2014. If it was for 2002, we would probably have seen it before. As far as I can recall, Coach never made anything in that textured, Saffiano-look leather until last year. If it was for 2014, it probably wouldn't be on the market yet and it wouldn't look as old.

DON'T REPORT IT

It may look used but it's probably genuine. From Coach's China site, translation by Google:

Another thing that we would argue against 2002 is that I don't believe the horse and carriage logo was around then.

But I doubt it's 2014 either because the horse isn't Coach's correct design.

Hello Experts! Please help with the following:

Name: Coach Puffer Jacket
Item: 321291059002
Seller: Justintimetemptations
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/321291059002?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

Also, is it from the regular Coach store or outlet? Many many thanks in advance!!!!
Although I don't know the actual jacket, there's nothing about the details of the pictures that indicate anything other than authentic. The creed (portion I can see) looks good although I didn't find any record of the style, the tag and labeling are correct.

Based on the serial number, the item wasn't made for the outlets although it might have been a boutique item that was sent to the outlets. (I don't know whether there's a bullet stamp.)

IMO, the jacket looks fine.

IMO, it's kind of ugly! But the horse paperweight? That's adorable!

It IS cute. The one thing I'm wondering though when I look at the keychain - and I'm NOT a horsewoman obviously - is it possible for a horse going at a walking pace to have both legs on one side of its body so far off the ground at the same time? I know that all fours can be off the ground at a gallop and maybe a few other gaits, but the horse on the keychain looks like it's walking. Wouldn't the neck be extended and the tail a lot less vertical if it was trotting, cantering or galloping?

It looks like it's going to fall over any second. But like I said, I'm not even an occasional rider. What do our equestriennes think? (Besides "it's time that you got a life, Hyacinth", of course.)

BB, thanks so much for looking at this. I only "see" you in the ebay forum so it was a pleasant surprise to run into you here as well! Thanks for all your help :smile1:

It's time I got a life too...but I found this page with examples of horse's gaits: http://www.petcaregt.com/blog/horse-gait.html

Maybe it's a Lipizzaner stallion. Aren't they trained to walk that way?
