HELP ASAP....on the phone with Ebay now. They are saying that per their policy... we now have to have an official certificate of authenticity with each Coach bag that we list. Guys... I have over 100 listed and over 500 in stock.
Not even sure how to respond to this honestly. The Coach store/customer service is a joke... Jed and the archives aren't going to waste their time with this.

Unbelievable! I'd keep calling until you get someone with a brain!First it was a very limited english speaker. I asked for a supervisor then customer service specialist called me back from the Utah office. This is not going to end well...for any of us.

BTW, what was the item number of that removed listing? ETA: Was it 261312428389?
