It does say Coach!

Right?! I suspect the call center persons I spoke to today would not know the difference. Irksome.

Oh -- along with don't say "Speedy" they did also tell me that I need to 'say the item is authentic' and include 'extensive information about authenticity' to "avoid future problems"

I know I'm wacky - but I swear whenever a COACH listing says "AUTHENTIC" I am immediately suspicious, because so many fakes say they are 100% AUTHENTIC!!!!!

Anyway. I said "okay. sure. whatever you want."
and supposedly they will restore my listing
tick.tock.
I have a feeling they are very very busy today:p

I'd like an opinion about this creed with a invalid month code to add to my creed sample file. I've seen the use of I in Italy, but not N. I wonder if it was January 1996.

I've seen a few N month codes, it's not a problem ESPECIALLY from Italy.

After selling Italian cars for three years, I learned that there are two manufacturing time periods that you really want to avoid when buying an Italian car or any Italian-made product that's even slightly complicated - within 30 days after the Christmas/New Year holiday plant shutdown, and during any World Cup finals or semifinals when any Italian team is one of the competitors.

I agree, the more a listing emphasizes "AUTHENTIC!!!" especially in the listing title the better chance it is that the item is fake.

And I have nightmare visions of hundreds of clueless sellers referring to dozens of bogus "authenticity guides" and saying that "this guide says that Coaches with YKK zippers are genuine".

Heaven help us. :amazed:

Thanks! I can imagine them too busy partying to do it right!:partyhat:

That's hilarious! And great information :D

Whateve, I have a bunch of them in my creed patch file, and they're all N5E (no other year.) The "E" plant had at least a couple of different stamps going at the same time, too - some with the "old" creed wording, and some with the newer wording. I have examples of both with N5E on them.

Oddly, I also have a bunch with A6E, some with the same style numbers as the ones with N5E, so they must have "caught" the error at some point during the month. (For example, I have an N5E-4401 and an A6E-4401...)

Thanks! I just started collecting creeds recently so I don't have very many.

Yep, see my recent post. The Chianti Fog has to lift eventually, and sooner or later someone at the plant "reads the memo" and corrects the stamp.

The bag in the pictures looks good. When you receive it, make sure you get the same bag.

Thank you, I did receive the bag yesterday and all the photos I took myself, I think it looks good but it's the first time I purchase Coach bag and not from Coach store so I feel a little bit confused. This mini tanner costs just 258$ in US but in Coach store in my country, it is nearly 500$, crazy deal !! Although it is risky in online shopping but I cannot afford that over sky price in store :D
