What you can do is add a comment to the feedback saying that she relisted without disclosing the paint job. Obviously she didn't learn that honesty pays!

FINAL UPDATE:

I'm so glad I took a few pics before returning this "Painted Coach".......Comments are limited in character length so I had to be brief on my revised feedback. Obviously the Seller is very displeased and convinced in her own mind that this bag is mint quality... Here is her reply:
This was your revised feedback?I only asked you if you could change your feedback to positive from neutral, that is all I cared about. You could have left what was written. As GOD is my witness, did NOTHING to this bag. Why do you still insist it was painted? Who paints or alters a COACH bag?? I was nice enough to give you a refund so that you would be as so kind to leave me positive feedback for being so agreeable...but you still have to tell all those who read my wall what you thought was true when in actual, IT IS SO FAR from the truth. You paid $31 for a VERY expensive Coach bag. You have no idea what it like to sell because you do not from what I see. Thank you for BEING SO cold hearted and WRONG! I would never lie to a BUYER, thats just not me! Hope no one ever tells you something they feel is true when YOU know the TRUTH and nobody will believe you! That just happened to me. From one Irish women to another, I never thought you would be so mean and assume. Thats not in our blood.

Hey ElizabethB, I'm wondering if you could possibly file a report on the relisting? Tell them you took pics before you sent it back, and tell them to check her correspondence with me on the relist so they can see she's lying. That listing really should come down. She sure has a set of big ones, doesn't she?? And OMG, is she squeezing the purse open with her legs in the second pic?? Look where her feet are - eeeek!

Ebay won't do anything and perhaps, that's a good thing. With this obvious non-disclosure, the next buyer of the "mint" bag will be unhappy and might even NEG the seller, especially if the looks at the feedback and sees that the seller relisted without disclosing the paint.

The seller won't be selling long if she doesn't learn that buyers would rather have items be "better than described" than be disappointed because the seller lied. Buyers would have have flaws over-described than not described at all.

As for her "set of big ones," I assume you're referring to her boobacakes, right?

She only ships to the US. Sellers who don't do international shipping can set their preferences such that international buyers can't contact them. That could be why you can't ask a question.

There are a lot of Coaches with M month codes, I'm not sure why that might make it rare? It's a Beaumont Satchel, not a Speedy OR a Doctor's Satchel.
