ElizabethB, maybe you should have mentioned the repaint in your Feedback to warn future buyers. Can you still modify your FB?

That has to be the worst paint job I've ever seen.

There may be a window opening here...... See communication trail

Dear boobacakes,

This bag arrived today and I am so bummed. It has been PAINTED! Half of this bag is beige and the other is some sort of light olive green. This was not disclosed and renders this bag defective. It certainly is not "mint" as you described. I love this style and was so looking forward to receiving this item. Unfortunately, I will have to return it to you for a refund. If you decide to relist this handbag, please, please, please, disclose that it has been altered/painted.

I would appreciate if you would revise your feedback. It really hurts me as a seller to get neural feedback for an item I sold that I refunded fully within minutes of receiving it in the mail. I was very willy to give a full refund considering I posted no returns in my listing. I am sorry, but I still do not see anything wrong with the bag as I am staring at it at this moment. Please be considerate and change your feedback to positive...even if you wish to leave ANY comment at all. Thank You.

Dear boobacakes,

I don't see where or how to revise. Please instruct.

UPDATE:
Seller requested an updated feedback. Invitation received. Got to revise comments..... NOT what she was expecting; but there it is! Unable to change neutral to negative; but was able to change comments. Hope this helps an unsuspecting purchaser.

No excuse for that POS bag. WOW. I thought the one that made me make this ID was bad...

Early this week I received what I thought would be a beautiful Vintage 9300 Companion Bag. I was appalled to discover the bag had been PAINTED....and rather poorly at that. Returned to Seller, who has issued a refund. I stressed that she needs to disclose this defect if she attempts to resell. Low and Behold, she received the bag today from me and it's back on EBay with absolutely no disclosure. This bag is NOT Mint. Below are some of the photos of the actual bag. Sorry for the lousy photos, but took a few quick shots before returning.

My mistake and lesson learned. Upon the immediate refund, I gave neutral feedback. Never in my wildest imagination did I believe she would relist without disclosure. Dumb, dumb, dumb on my part. After attempting to revise feedback the rules state a revision must be my mutual agreement. The Seller must formally request a revision and then the Buyer is "invited" to respond. Posting here on the forum was the next best alternative IMO. If anyone has any other ideas, I'm open to suggestions.

ElizabethB, I was going to say the same thing as Hyacinth. It's one thing if someone misses a small scratch or spot, but she is purposely misrepresenting the condition of the purse. Check out the answer she sent back (my original question is below it):

Dear XXX,,

Absolutely not. I was selling this bag for my mother in law. She only buys strait from the Coach store. This is the God's honest truth!

Dear boobacakes,

Hi! Has this been polished or reconditioned in any way?

Thanks!

Bad enough that she out-and-out lied, but is anyone else waiting for lightning to strike her? Some lies are just deserving of a good lightning bolt, and I'm not a religious person. But obviously she isn't either.

DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER " boobacakes " UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! SEE POST NUMBER 4643 AND THE ONES AFTER IT FOR THE REASON WHY!

Comment: Whoops, last minute bid again. I know the Willis is a heavily faked purse. Hoping this is authentic. (BTW--I did notice their recent feedback.)

It seems ok although like the listing said, there's a lot of wear. The Feedback would worry me a bit too.

Based on her blatant lie to the ASQ, do NOT revise the feedback. The only revision you could do would be to change it to positive and boobacakes does NOT deserve a positive feedback.

What you can do is add a comment to the feedback saying that she relisted without disclosing the paint job. Obviously she didn't learn that honesty pays!

ETA:
I posted before I read ahead and saw that you'd already revised the comment. That's good. You can still add another comment though that might be overkill.

I have to agree with Hyacinth that I wouldn't do business with boobacakes either.

Item: vintage coach feed bag

Item no: 271263073375

Comment: is this authentic please? This is one of two from the same seller that I'm considering.

I'm not sure why the seller is calling it a Feedbag since that usually means one that has a bucket shape and a round base, but the bag looks ok. It might be a Soho Waverly Bag from the early 1990s but the measurements aren't quite the same, still everyone measures bags differently.
