Item: vintage Coach lavender hobo

Item number:121163772291

Seller: flosfinds4u

Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Preowned-Vi...g-/121163772191?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123

Comment: is this authentic, please? There's not many pics. I asked seller for serial number; it's C8D-9025.

It may be a genuine Ergo Zip but we'd need to see a photo of the actual creed and serial number to be sure. That style has been faked before. If you buy it, please post more photos here when you get the bag.

Item: Cross body messenger Legacy Signature black leather hippie

Item number: 310733454878

Seller: updcaleresail

Serial number: No. J0726-11145

What do you think? I am sorry but I cannot figure out how to insert the link.

It looks ok to me.

If you're posting from a computer you should just be able to Copy & Paste the link. Right-click on it to highlight it, then Control+C to copy, then on a separate line in the Reply box, Control+V to paste. Or use whatever Copy & Paste tools are in your Toolbar.

BUYER BEWARE!

Coach Baguette

Early this week I received what I thought would be a beautiful Vintage 9300 Companion Bag. I was appalled to discover the bag had been PAINTED....and rather poorly at that. Returned to Seller, who has issued a refund. I stressed that she needs to disclose this defect if she attempts to resell. Low and Behold, she received the bag today from me and it's back on EBay with absolutely no disclosure. This bag is NOT Mint. Below are some of the photos of the actual bag. Sorry for the lousy photos, but took a few quick shots before returning.

Thanks for the heads up ElizabethB. Just to be a weiner, I emailed her and asked if the bag had been polished or reconditioned in any way. :sneaky: We'll see what she says....

ElizabethB, maybe you should have mentioned the repaint in your Feedback to warn future buyers. Can you still modify your FB?

That has to be the worst paint job I've ever seen.

My mistake and lesson learned. Upon the immediate refund, I gave neutral feedback. Never in my wildest imagination did I believe she would relist without disclosure. Dumb, dumb, dumb on my part. After attempting to revise feedback the rules state a revision must be my mutual agreement. The Seller must formally request a revision and then the Buyer is "invited" to respond. Posting here on the forum was the next best alternative IMO. If anyone has any other ideas, I'm open to suggestions.

There may be a window opening here...... See communication trail

Dear boobacakes,

This bag arrived today and I am so bummed. It has been PAINTED! Half of this bag is beige and the other is some sort of light olive green. This was not disclosed and renders this bag defective. It certainly is not "mint" as you described. I love this style and was so looking forward to receiving this item. Unfortunately, I will have to return it to you for a refund. If you decide to relist this handbag, please, please, please, disclose that it has been altered/painted.

I would appreciate if you would revise your feedback. It really hurts me as a seller to get neural feedback for an item I sold that I refunded fully within minutes of receiving it in the mail. I was very willy to give a full refund considering I posted no returns in my listing. I am sorry, but I still do not see anything wrong with the bag as I am staring at it at this moment. Please be considerate and change your feedback to positive...even if you wish to leave ANY comment at all. Thank You.

and my response__________________________

Dear boobacakes,

I don't see where or how to revise. Please instruct.

ElizabethB, I was going to say the same thing as Hyacinth. It's one thing if someone misses a small scratch or spot, but she is purposely misrepresenting the condition of the purse. Check out the answer she sent back (my original question is below it):

Dear XXX,,

Absolutely not. I was selling this bag for my mother in law. She only buys strait from the Coach store. This is the God's honest truth!
