Although the seller's return policy allows you to return for any reason, I'd recommend you tell the seller that the bag is counterfeit and cannot be relisted upon return.
Clearly lee6rlr doesn't do her due diligence as far as authenticating her items prior to listing them. (It makes me wonder whether this is the reason for having private listings.) You might want to refer her here!
She ALSO sold this fake Coach bag with an invalid serial number/prefix:

I just received this one today. The purse itself is in pretty good condition but the grommets on the strap are silver colored. It is very difficult to tell from the pics in the listing. When I look closely at the grommets a couple of them look like they may have been brass plated but it has worn off. The grommet that has the buckle through it has the most brass on it. The buckles say solid brass. Does this mean that the purse may be counterfeit or was Coach using brass plating as a cost saving measure or to lower the weight of the purse? Thanks.
If the buckles say solid brass and yet it is only brass plated, that is not something Coach would do. IMO, any bag from the 90's that has buckles that say solid brass is counterfeit, since the buckles are obviously not solid brass. I don't like the look of that creed either. Compare it to this listing, made just one month later. I have a bag, different style, from one month earlier, and the font on mine, matches this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Authentic-C...946?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item4d10c45c5a
I'd like to chime in with advice regarding seller lee6rlr.I was looking at that listing. I think I will return it since the seller will do refunds. It'll have to wait for a couple of days. My dad fell (he just turned 92) and I have to go see him. Thanks.
