I picked up two bags recently to clean up and make pretty and want to authenticate prior to starting.

Item Name (if you know it): I believe this is a Janice's Legacy bag from 1999.

Item Name (if you know it): I'm not sure. Maybe a City Bag? Not sure when it was made.

The fact that she never bothered to respond to your email makes me lean toward negative. ( I despise poor customer service.)
There's always the chance she never received it, though.

#1. Looks fine to me. You are correct about the information.

#2. City Bag from the late 1980's - 1993. Random serial number so it's almost impossible to be more precise in dating it.

Without seeing the seller's history it's hard to say, but she may have bought the keychain thinking it was real. Usually if the seller has a record of having sold other fakes, or if they clearly lied about where they got it, saying they bought it themselves at a Coach store or whatever, then I'd leave a Negative. But if it's possible they didn't know it was fake I'd just leave a Neutral saying something like "Coach keychain not genuine, seller refunded."

It looks ok but next time maybe make the pics a little bigger, especially the creed. Another 100 or so pixels would be good.
