I was going by what my cousin said she had bought it and gave me the receipt was going by what she said

Your cousin either lied or was lied to. Authenticate your items BEFORE listing - and DON'T BLOCK EXPERIENCED AUTHENTICATORS FROM VIEWING OR COMMENTING, or they and we will think you're trying to hide an item that you know is fake from them.

Please authenticate this Coach Madison 19625 http://www.ebay.com/itm/290758998391. The seller said she had receipts before but when i asked for them she said she didnt have them anymore. She said it was purchased at Dillards. Anyone experienced with these handbags please respond. Thanks.

From now on please use the format requested in post #1 in this thread.

And we'll need to see a close and readable photo of the creed patch and serial number, and also the price tag showing all the codes and colors. You can send those when you receive the bag if they can't be sent now.

If you want it authenticated, post more photos or a link to wherever the bag is being sold. If you just want advice - if you bought it, get your money back. If you didn't buy it yet, DON'T. If you're planning on selling it, DON'T.

Thank you. The person selling it wouldn't give me anymore pics, because supposedly her camera was missing, which made me even more skeptical.

One of the reasons we ask posters to use the format requested in post #1 is so that sellers' histories can be checked, and a seller who's obviously using excuses to avoid sending more photos which will show a Coach to be fake can be "outed" and other buyers warned against them. In the future, ask here first and use the proper format and give us the information we need to make a valid judgement. If the seller tried to scam you, she's probably tried to scam others. And she'll keep doing it until she's exposed.

If you want to keep others from making the same mistake you almost made, post a link to the seller's listing or store.

It seems ok but I can't tell you the style name.

Can someone please authenticate this mess of a Coach Bag?
Got it yesterday at Goodwill for next to nothing...
Approx. 9.5"w X 10.5"h X 4"d drop 10"
Is it a Penelope Optic Signature Lunch Tote #F15436? MFF?
Do you know the year?
I have NO experience with younger bags, but seen ones similar on ebay & bonanza with same style number...thanks in advance!

You're probably right, I don't have numbers or names for most of the MFF items.

Please think about opening up a free Photobucket account, uploading the photos there and posting the links to them here. We can't authenticate through email.

And please read the first post in this thread - if the item is listed in a current or recent auction or selling site, please post the links.

That bag can't be sold anywhere because it's counterfeit.

Read the creed - it says it's made of glove tanned cowhide and it's made of fabric. That's just the start of what's wrong with it.

Sorry.

Yes, it means that what I can see makes me think it's probably authentic. there are very few bags we can be absolutely certain about. As the first post in this thread expalains, "The evaluations posted by tPF's members are only opinions that stem from personal experiences as shoppers and collectors. They are not legally binding or professional authentications and are not to be treated as such."

Ok thanks I understand. But how come I can't find this bag online anywhere? It has never been sold before? This makes me suspicious.

I found this one on the Bay and it looks similar. I am not an expert and do NOT have anywhere near the experience that Hyacinth and Dem Ram have but I hope this adds at least a little piece to the puzzle. :smile1:

I know less than nothing about new Coach, but there are 5 with that style number listed right now on ebay. You just need to search by the style number which is 11201.

I have no idea if they are all authentic.
