I don't see any problems with the authenticity of the wallet. And you described the indentation perfectly and honestly.Hello wonderful authenticators. I have an ebay issue, I sold a legacy wallet that I bought from Nordstrom, so I know it's authentic. When the buyer received it on April 12, they immediately left me POSITIVE feedback which read "Disappointed that it did not match the black cherry duffle I just bought". Now apparently they purchased a duffle from ANOTHER seller, which had nothing to do with me.
2 full weeks later, they opened a case (today) and are claiming the wallet is a fake, that it's not leather and they know this because they used some kind of leather polish on it and are saying it acts like vinyl. They want a refund after polishing it with who knows what "leather polish"?!
Could you experts take a look at my auction photos and validate authenticity for me? I'd appreciate it - TIA!

Leather, being a natural product can absorb color differently from one item to the next. A difference in color between items doesn't mean that it's fake.
As for the buyer, a check of her feedback made it so I couldn't block her fast enough! Several neutrals left and several other positive feedback with contradictory comments are from a buyer I'm sorry you got. (Out of 17 feedbacks left, 6 have questionable comments!)
ETA: Instead of complaining to you about the wallet not matching the bag, I wonder why she's not going to the seller of the bag. That seller used a stolen stock photo and one so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to see it! That seller is the one who didn't accurately and honestly represent her item!
ETA Again: Depending on what the care card says, she could very well have damaged the wallet in using something on it. In any case, the wallet isn't in the condition you sent it since she treated it with something.
