It's style 44714 and is authentic. It's called a Hamptons weekend top handle pouch.

Pouches, swingpacks, wristlets and other "smaller" accessories items may or may not have creeds and those with creeds may or may not have serial numbers.

Genuine, it's a Pocket Purse. The small bag is a cosmetic case rather than a wallet.

The bullseye doesn't mean it was made for the outlet, it means that the bag was originally sold in the full-price stores and then got the bullseye stamp when it was sent to the outlet.

It looks authentic. Most Coach bags are made in China, also India, Vietnam and the Philippines.
