Comments: Please authenticate these bags. I know #1 is not from 70s, but made in 1999. Please provide name. I already purchased bag #2 and want to confirm it is a real Legacy Zip. Also, I know bag #3 is not vintage, but made in 2001. Thanks for your time and assistance. :smile1:

Could somebody help me to authenticate this Coach. I have suspicions.

Of note stitch on tag is white but underneath stitching is black, Made in china tag (white lettering) inside the bag ,square tag. No Coach creed for this small bag. Ykk zippers, Coach (embossed) logo printed on belt strap(weird?). Metals are shiny. CC underneath borders of two piece of fabric lined up , stitching is even with no rips or fraying.

New without tags: A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) that is not in original packaging or ... Read moreabout the condition

Bag Depth: 1.5 in. Style: Hip/Waist
Bag Length: 11 in. Color: Blacks

It seems ok, probably a Convertible Clutch from the late 70s or 1980s. But the strap clips are hard to see, I hope they're just twisted and not modified in some way.

I wish we could see just a clear straight pic of the entire front of the Waist Pack, I really need to see how the C pattern looks overall. Hangtag stitching sometimes was a contrasting color and anyway hangtags should never be used for authentication because they're so easily changed. YKK ZIPPERS DON"T PROVE ANYTHING.

There are several genuine style Waist Packs it might be including style 40382 (below, I know this one doesn't have any perforations but I'm just usuing it as an example of a Coach Waist Pack)) but we need clear standard-angle photos of the entire front and back of it to be sure.

Thanks Hyacinth. I didn't think it would be vintage but I keep confusing the pre-64 #’s with the later ones. I just wasn't sure enough about all the details on this one to bid! I'm much happier safe than sorry! :-D
