Both seem to be genuine.

As always, we suggest you check the first seller's Feedback history at Toolhaus.org before deciding whether or not to bid - she's sold numerous fakes and other items with serious problems over the years. She's been discussed here many times but because the tPF forum software doesn't recognise symbols like * you can't search for her name here although some comments can be found using just " lindas stuff ".

Ah thanks for the heads up. I had never heard of toolhaus.org before. That's an awesome resource.

It's amazing how much bad feedback she has, yet still has a high rating. I guess they average out in the feedback percentage since she has so many rated transactions.

Hello, I bought this Kristin Pinnacle Laila off ebay but now it's arrived, I'm wondering if it's indeed genuine. My areas of concern (not sure if these concerns are valid) - no Coach marking on the hardware, gold hardware looks almost too yellow, the letters on the creed look very small compared to my existing Coach bag, and the font and depth of indentation look a little off. Pictures are here. Could someone help authenticate please?

Please don't ever compare different styles of Coaches to each other for authentication. Every style has different details. And I don't know where you heard that Coach hardware is supposed to be stamped with the name - it's NOT. The more the name is stamped on the hardware, the bigger the chance that it's fake, except for a few Business & Travel pieces.

The only thing you should ever compare a Coach to is another Coach in exactly the same style made in the same month, year and plant, and if possible, the same color, like this one

BTW, please read post #1 of this thread for the format we need to authenticate. Completed auctions should have the auction number and seller name included in your future posts.

There's nothing wrong with the one you bought.

Please use the format requested in post # 1

That bag is a VERY bad FAKE.

With recent styles, when the outside is mostly Cs or Coach Logos, there should NOT be Cs or Coach logos on the lining!
