Hello All,
This is my bag but cannot see it anywhere online. I just want to make sure it is authentic before I list it and thank you in advance if you know the name of it. Again, thanks.

It's genuine but I don't have any record of a style name, sorry.

Thank you!

That's a strange one. It looks like a genuine Station Bag but I'm not sure why the creed is stamped where it is instead of into the inside back pocket. There have been one or two others like that so apparently it was just the way some of the late 1980s bags were stamped.

OH BOY. I just zoomed in on the label. They misspelled the word "Trimmed". It's spelled TEIMMED. I guess I'd better get out my glasses the next time! Also, the label's outer edges aren't perfect, either in shape or stitching.

It's much simpler. Any time a "Coach" has mostly Cs or Coach logos of any kind on the outside and also has C or Logo lining inside, you can be almost 100 percent sure that it's fake.

Thyat's only for purses though, some wallets will have both inside and outside Cs and logos.

There's no spaces between "thefinestmaterials". I bought a fake coach once unknowingly. Their typing sucks. So I don't know if I'm raising a red flag here but looks fishy.

It's absolutely a fake! The creed tells all: Coach style numbers have a prefix with the month, year and plant code BEFORE the style number.

Plus, Coach has never used that shiny yellow lining in any bags.

Sorry.

I have doubts this purse is authentic. I couldn't find any info on the style #. The leather seems almost too smooth and the suede side has somewhat of a fabric pattern if you look closely. I don't know if that pattern is from treating the leather or if it is in fact fake leather.

I just found two bags on ebay that are the same style.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vtg-Free-Sp...627?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item4d026e674b

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dark-Blue-V...339?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item3f19d90f8b

(tha last bag seems to have a completely different interior? It doesn't have the sections?)

The first and second listings are for a genuine Metropolis Flap bag from 1996 and 1997. The third listing is a complete mess and the description AND the serial number in the listing don't match the bag in the photos, which was made at least 10 years before the other 2 bags and can't be compared to either of them.
