hi!
could you please authenticate this 'vintage coach'?
the leather looks a little different than other photos i've been looking at (and something online said that J8H might not be authentic?

You're right, the piping especially on the sides looks really badly cut and sewn, and the stitching all over the bag looks really uneven, Coach stitches are usually very small and precise, these vary a lot in length. The font of the serial number also looks too large and thick.

I'm not 100 percent sure that it's fake but I'd strongly advise against bidding on it.

You already committed to buy at least 2, maybe 3 of those bags. Are you planning on paying for all of them if they're all genuine?

Ignore any "Rules" you find in those useless online Authenticity Guides, they're almost ALL wrong - outdated, only true for a few styles, partly true only for a few years, or were never true in the first place, including the ridiculous YKK Zipper Rule. YKK zippers on a Coach DON'T prove it's genuine. Coach has used at least FIVE different brands of zippers, anyone can buy genuine YKK zippers, and many fakes have fake YKK zippers. How hard is it to fake a zipper?

The gold one is the only one with photos that show enough detail to even make a guess at authenticity. We need close photos of things like the creed patches, hardware and hangtags as well as the body of the bag itself to authenticate.

The gold one is probably ok, I'd prefer that someone familiar with that style take a look at the others if anyone here is available.
