Is there any merit to this? Couldn't find any info on Bell Leather Co when I searched, so I'm guessing they just slapped a Coach hangtag on this 'inspired by" bag??

It may not be the same seller but I think the 2 are related. The photo setups both use are similar but le_ratatouille uses the same beat-up Jordan box over and over. That ID doesn't sell Jordans but the le_franco_ricain ID does - a LOT. The Franco ID hasn't used the same beat-up box as the other seller, although maybe they're being veewy veewy careful. The Franco seller uses a similar setup of boxes and props but changes them often. I think it's very likely they're in the same family, the le_ratatouille ID is concentrating on purses.
The Franco ID probably figures another family member might have a better chance selling it since it's already been pulled once. Please report it for the invalid serial number.

The key ring does not have Coach heat stamp on the leather part and doesn't have engrave Coach on the ring or clip. Does it also made by Coach?

I don't know if the key ring is genuine or not. The cosmetic bag and purse seem to be ok. The purse is from 1997 and was called a Soho Buckle Bag.
BTW, a sharp-eyed expert also spotted this fake sold by the same seller:

Again, someone like fluff221959 who's sold Coach products should be able to tell from 10 feet away that this is fake just as she should have done with the wallet, the cheap lining and serial number that has half the required digits missing are huge red flags. I'd advise NOT buying from her in the future.

I could be remembering wrong, but the authentication link now says "coming soon" and links to an email address. Did it used to do that? It seems like last time I looked it just said something along the lines of "authentications no longer available".
