AUTHENTICATE This COACH

Can you please authenticate this Coach?
I bought this one in 2007 at Goodwill - way before I knew what I know now!
Approx. 6.75"w X 6"h X 1.5"d Strap drop 25"
There are slight differences between this one and the orange one posted above...the W in the style number and font worry me. Also the strap hardware is slightly different too...and the feel of the leather!
Is this also an Abbie #9017 from 2003 - or did I make a contribution?

It's real Coach did a lot of styles like that 10 or 12 years ago.

Small differences in the hardware are always possible, without being able to see them and to feel the leather in person I really can't give an opinion. Leather differences can just be due to different batches of leather or different dye processes.

The W plant doce seems ok, probably one of the last US plants and apparently was only open for a few years in the early 2000s before production of the remaining leather bags was switched permanently to China. I've seen other leather bags with that code and several of them had outlet stamps, so those are more likely to be genuine.

MUCH better. Close-ups are good but we need to see what the basic design of the wallet looks like, especially the inside.

It's from the Madison line, probably style 4473 Madison French Purse, mid-1990s
