Item: British Tan Patricia's Legacy 9951 (USA, 1996)
Seller: Savers $21

Comments: I recently found a mahagony Patricia's Legacy and it was the first genuine one that I had seen during all my thrifting ventures. It was cheap but had condition issues, but now I have found one in tan in very good condition and at a reasonable price! I hope it is authentic, please take a look and share your opinion, thanks so much!

Who told you to put that disclaimer in your posts?

Do the owners of the site (Listia) tell you what to post? ( Yes they helped create the PCM) precomposed message. :)

I know the answer to the listing question but I don't deal with sites that allow fakes to be listed.

I await your answer.

>> We Dont allow Fakes to be listed on the site and as soon as its reported from a accurate source that its fake we remove the listing.

Still trying to figure out this forum, I guess I cant do quotes in messages yet.

We dont have an authenticator, we want potential bidders to research the items before they bid, and for sellers to also research their items.. We are directing users to come here for more information on the item in question. The ones we are questioning I am coming here for further clarification. So if it is fake.. I c an get it off the site quicker...

So, let me get this straight. Listia is having their mods come here for authentications?
Or, am I misunderstanding?

I guess you are correct carlpsmom...the "owners" of the site don't give a flip so they send their moderators to the Purse Forum.

I would help if they just didn't have that disclaimer that means they allow fakes "as long as you admit it".

Rather sad!
