Please help authenticate.. I apologize for the crappy pics - having technical difficulties :(

1. Cream Sonoma crossbody? Made in Italy, C6E-4918
$6, thrift store
approx 6"x9"? I don't have it on hand at the moment, but I think it's about that much.. depth could be 3".
I actually feel good about this one!

2. Duffle/sac? J6D-9085, United States
$12, thrift store
huge. I'd say.. approx 10" at base, 14-ish high?
I thought it was good, until I got home and saw the rivets by the buckle - they're not centered well.

The first is called a Sonoma Small Zip, Natural Grain, from 1996.

The second is a genuine Duffle Sac also from 1996. I've seen other bags with slightly off-center rivets, older Coaches often weren't perfect.

Thank you so much, Hyacinth! Very relieved about the Duffle Sac. I had gotten it for my mom (she likes big rugged bags, versus tiny girly purses), and of course wanted the real thing for her.

Can anyone tell me where to ask this question? I haven't been online here for a while and can't seem to find a forum to ask a question that has been posted to in months. Not complaing, just can't find what I need. I need to know if anyone can tell me anything about the XL Poppy spotlight tote that was a Limited Edition? It is black satin with rhinestones that spell out COACH witthin lines of other rhinestones all across the front of the bag...at least the bottom half of the bag. The number is 13841. I can't find any information on the bag. Someone wants to sell me one and I don't have any pics to send in to authenticate. Help quickly if you can....thanks so much.

Totally genuine - I can't be sure since the serial number isn't clear but I'd say it's a Neo Compartment Tote from 1998.

One BIG problem I can see Listia has after looking through some of the Coach listings is that most of the posters there are utterly clueless about what makes a Coach real or fake. With this particular bag, only one poster out of five actually got it right.

I do NOT envy the Listia mods' jobs.

Maybe I over-reacted. The disclaimer made me see red and then knowing that the listers can just delete/block anyone who questions the authenticity, it really rubs me the wrong way. I am sure the mods are doing their best in impossible situations. I just wish tptb would handle it differently.

It's a genuine Plaza Bag from around 1989

What part of the authenticity disclaimer do you feel states we allow fakes to be listed? if the seller admits their fake?? ( we absolutely dont) I would be open to submitting a tweaked version for approval. Help me out please.. Seriously..

Do you know if this bag came in a Large size? If so, do you happen to know the style number, or how I can look it up?

I spotted a woman carrying it in the library today and I almost stopped her to ask if I could copy the creed number! It seemed like a very large size bag. Thanks!

Sorry, I don't know if this particular color came in large. I was afraid the medium wouldn't be large enough for me but was pleasantly surprised at what all it held! I love it! If you do a search there's a thread here comparing the different sizes of zoes. It was very helpful to me, hope it helps you too!
