Fake style, fake C lining in a fabric design never used by Coach, fake strap clip and zipper pull too.

Fake.

Edited to add:
Grr! I was going to comment earlier about my feelings toward sellers who use authentic props to "prove" the legitimacy of their fakes. And in fact, this seller, tntbaseball buys them. This was one of the purchases:

I don't know whether tntbaseball ended the previous listing because she might have been told it was fake or if the listing just ran its course, but it's been relisted.

HI>>I was looking for a Coach medallion fob for one of my legacy purses and I ran into this item on ebid. I got it today, however it is does not look like a legacy medallion. It is bigger in diameter and also both sides are identical, whereas the legacy fob is plain on the back with just the word Coach embossed on it. I logged in to the site to ask the seller about authenticity and to my surprise she is not there anymore. I tried to email her through paypal account and her email is not valid as well>>>Will you please let me know if this medallion is fake or authentic and if it is not, will I be able to open a dispute ? It seems she is nowhere.
Thanks a lot

The charm is FAKE. Do NOT buy from any of the above seller IDs! And contact EBid about their procedure for filing a claim against a seller. If they can't help, contact your credit card company or Paypal, whichever method you used to pay.

The antique-ing is wrong, the font is wrong, the spaces between words and numbers are wrong or there are no spaces at all, and the ball chain is also much too dark. Here's a real one:

Thanks so many BB and Hyacinth for taking time for this amazing research. Wow !!! So it is only her ebid and paypal account related to that is disabled. I took a few photos so you could see the FAKE!!These two photos are taken from back and front(identical) they look lighter than the actual item.
I have to open a dispute and hope to get my money back. Thanks a lot

If eBid gives you a hard time and if you used a c.c., take advantage of the dispute option if it becomes necessary.

Personally, I think it's probably in the seller's best interest to just give you an easy refund, if only to avoid having her other accounts possibly watched and reported should she list more fakes.

In this case, since you know the seller has other accounts, you might try emailing her, refer her here to ask any questions and request your refund. (Give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she didn't know it's fake.)

Here's a comparison of hers to genuine:
