I remember that discussion, and they do look like the same plaque. I also found another style Zippy Wallet in leather that uses the same one.
The two Swingpacks that were mentioned in the original discussion also both had price tags that didn't match the styles - one from another seller was a tag for a Mia Outline C design, and other Swingpacks found with that style number were different from the one in the listing but obviously genuine. The price tag that came with the black one you originally asked about was actually for a style 46276 Leather Zippy Wallet. So there were 2 Swing Packs with strange plaques and neither one had a price tag that matched what was being sold.
Now the mystery of the unknown plaque has apparently been solved, but the two original Swing Packs are still a mystery.
