The bag seems to be okay but the seller is violating ebay policy by requiring buyers who want tracking to pay extra. Delivery confirmation is for both buyer and seller protection and at $20 for shipping, the buyer shouldn't pay a penny more!

She needs to take that out of her listings or she risks that they're reported and ebay will remove them!

I would want some photos of it stuffed. It appears to be patent leather and it looks like it was in the bottom of a closet. You want to look for creases and cracks.
It's an authentic "Watermelon Tote". Style number is 9440. That style has been around since the mid 1970's.
