The details you've posted look fine.

Any bag, whether it's an inexpensive brand (like KVZ), mid-range (like Coach, Dooney) or high end (like LV or Hermes) will have hardware and hardware scratches. Scratches aren't an authenticity issue, but rather, would be a quality issue.

As for shine, some bags have hardware with higher gloss than others.

Again, I believe your bag to be authentic.

Hi, I got the serial number wrong the other day. This is the correct one. Please help me to authentic. Thanks in advance.

Item: Coach COD 9073 Black

Comment : The bag has a lot of creases. Any ideas how I can reduce them? thanks again.

I will let the experts advise as to authentication, but for the creases - I would try giving it a bath. I would massage the leather and smooth out the creases with my fingers while it is wet. Then stuff it with towels and shape while it is drying.

Jessi posted advice for using an warm iron to get indentations and marks out of leather (see link below) but she had the iron too hot and it damaged the leather so you have to be careful. I haven't tried it myself.

Check out other posts in the Rescue and Rehab thread for more advice. Good luck!

Thank you Katev for the advice :) I'll give it a bath and hopefully it'll look less creased after that. Seems that the bag had been stored folded and crumpled! Arrgh... that's not the way to store a bag!
