It looks just right! Sonoma Satchel made in 1996 in Italy.

Great bag and you only needs to wipe that leather with a damp cloth.

Genuine. The correct name is Large Soft Satchel.

I don't know if the seller's trying to imply that the bag originally sold for $400 since they show "Coach" followed by 400 in the description section, but the actual selling price in the mid to late 1980s when this was made was around $160.
