Are the pictures enough to authenticate the wallet? If not, what should I ask? Thanks.

We'd at least need to see a clear close-up photo of the creed patch and serial number in the purse as well as the strap buckle and hardware.

It's very hard to authenticate a wallet even with multiple photos unless there are obvious problems but a closer photo of the Coach logo stamp on the front might help.

Hi, I have three bags I would like to have authenticated and possibly the names. The chestnut colored bag feels funny to me. I think it is from a factory outlet store but I could be wrong. Love the old and hope it i authentic. Thanks in advance!
Sue

I'm sorry but the "names" part slipped my mind - 4946 is a Sonoma Small Flap Nubuc, 7593 is a Hamptons Leather Mini Hobo, and the questionable one looks like a Legacy Compartment Tote.

In the first three pages I Googled there haven't been ANY listed on Ebay, current or completed, or any halfway legitimate sales site.

It's hard to believe that something that came out almost a year ago has no record of being sold on Ebay but there are TONS of them selling on fakes sites. So while there's no proof either way, the evidence in front of me would make me hit the Back button on any "Coach" in that particular style.

Thanks for the advice, Hyacinth!

You're welcome!

Most of the time here I'm pretty vehement on never using what you find on Google to prove authenticity since Google is really only just a search engine and it picks up the trash as well as the treasures. But in a case where everything coming up on Google is probably fake, then it's something you need to consider carefully.

I picked up this NYC bag at a flea market yesterday for $1.00.
It will be my first rehab project. It was obviously stored unstuffed so is pretty squished flat!

I would like to know the style name, approximate year made, and how much it originally sold for.
Thanks!!

Thanks. As much as I'd like to find this style, I think I'd probably better let it go. This is all I really have as a guide to go on: http://www.coach.com/online/handbag...alogId=10051&langId=-1&partNumber=15567_siggd
Having never seen the actual bag in person, it's really hard to judge.

True, and it's better to be safe than sorry. I hope you'll find another style you'll like as much and that you can be sure is the real deal.
