2. 5EM-4935 - The creed is wacky, but Sonoma creeds ARE wacky. The 5 and the E are reversed. Should be E5M-4935 which is a "Sonoma Flap Bag Nubuc" from 1995.

I'm not an expert at all by no means! On picture 11 is that the stamp on the dust bag? The purse looks good to me by I come here to have things authenticated and would wait for other opinions. Awesome bag but they didn't handle it very well.Hello all.
The Lindsay bag arrived today. It was just thrown in the shipping box with no wrapping or packing. Not happy with that for sure.

Please post more pics when you get it. It's impossible to authenticate it based on just one photo like that.
A BIG concern is that her other 2 Coaches in her Completed listings show different backgrounds, props and photography styles, and this one is listed as pre-owned but the price tag is still on the bag, so why wasn't is listed as NWT?
All her Feedback is as a buyer, she has no track record at all as a seller. She's also completely clueless about authentic Coach since she bought this screamingly obvious fake a few months ago:

The Craigslist listing has been deleted by the seller but I did see it several days ago when you posted. I didn't see any red flags.
As for the other listing you compared, although I'm not sure I'd do business with the seller, the bag appears to be okay and the tag looks good with the exception of the price portion. I wonder if some department stores do that if the price portion has been removed. (I've never seen it done, though.)
The seller already has 2 strikes against her by claiming "values" for the hangtag and dustbag totalling $73 since both those items are free - Coach will replace a lost hangtag at no charge, and the dustbag is a newer one, not the one that came with the bag. Also it's only 13 years old so it's NOT vintage.
I'm also a little concerned about the month code since supervisors at a plant that had been running as long as Coach's "B" plant should have had 4 years of experience in making sure the correct month code was on the stamp. But it's possible that someone made a dumb mistake, since the bag itself looks genuine.
It's called a Beaumont Satchel, not a Speedy or a Doctor bag.

I do see 2 small marks on the bottom of the bag where it may have sat on the floor. I found in the zipper it is covered in some glitter substance that cannot be removed by a warm washcloth. I have no idea what it is. Can I send it in to coach and see if they can clean it? She wasn't completely honest with me but is it too late to do something? I really love the bag but it had more stains on it than I could clean. She doesn't accept returns even though she kinda lied. I also wanted to make sure it is real before I send it to Coach. And also can coach clean purses that are sateen and the satin on the inside? thank you ahead!!

First I'll comment on authenticity: Looks fine
Next, your comments regarding "issues:"
1. You bought a USED bag. Although she didn't show a lot of pictures, she described spots that she could see and she also stressed "I want you to understand that this is not a NEW bag, it has been used by only myself, but it really is in excellent shape."
When you buy a used bag, there are going to be indications (usually) that show that the bag was used and if you need further pictures or questions, she even recommended emailing to ask because she didn't want to take returns.
2. You left feedback on December 10, over 2 months ago. In your feedback, you commented that you were ecstatic that the stains came out.
So why now, 2.5 months after the stains came out and you were pleased are you alleging that the seller omitted info about undisclosed damage?
3. You would have had 45 days from the date that the listing ended (December 7) to file a dispute. That would have been by January 22. You're over a month beyond that so I don't think you'd have a case even if the complaints were valid.
Sorry for the rant but I'll say it anyway. Buyers who want a new bag without any scratches, marks, ink, etc. shouldn't be buying USED bags!! You probably won't be able to get it for the price you paid!
It seems to me that you got a fair deal on a gently used bag and you should enjoy it.
