Respond to the negative she left for you. If you do not know how to do it, let us know.

Respond to it with something like: Bag is 100% authentic.Purchased at (insert store name).Buyer fishing for partial ref.Offered Ref upon return. (work at this to make it fit)

Then report this buyer as a bad buyer.

Call up ebay if you have to and they will talk you through reporting this buyer.

No reputable customer wants a partial refund for a fake bag. It's all or nothing.

You have totally made my day! I am actually the seller that is having major issues with this buyer. The purse was purchased by my mom from our local Coach store so I know its authentic. I shipped the purse to the buyer and an hour after she received it, I got a nasty message saying the purse is fake. I emailed her back saying where it was purchased and that it is authentic but she never responded. Instead I find out she opened a claim. In the claim she stated that she would be ok with a partial refund. I know the purse is authentic so I refuse to give her a partial refund. Instead I offered to refund her money once I receive my purse back (and after I verify it is my purse). Instead of responding to my message, she left me the terrible feed back and has asked eBay to settle the dispute. I don't know what else she wants. I think she is trying to scam me but I don't know what else I can do.

On the ebay dispute, I would respond that the bag is 100% authentic. Post a link to beenburned's authentication (add in the direct post # in your text).

If you have the receipt, scan it or photo it and upload it into photobucket and put the link to the photobucket photo in your reply.

Also reply that you do not give partial refunds for authentication issues.

comments: even worse that the seller has no feedback, creed looks fine, but no other on ebay like this..pls help me and authenticate...thanks ladies ~~~~~~:D
It's 8 years old so it's unlikely that you'd find others.

The bag is fine. The wristlet appears to be okay but there should be at least a couple other pictures of it.

Hi,
I just bought this bag used for $100 from a friend of a friend. My only real concerns so far are that the stitching is two different colors (green and black) and the "C"s on the lining don't line up or all go the same way at the seams, I know that can be an issue with other designer bags but I didn't know about Coach. I don't know the style or any other info and I haven't been able to find one like it online to compare it to...Please help! Thanks!
Tiffany

The bag is authentic.

Many Coach bags have multiple rows of stitching with different thread colors.

Patterns aren't intended to match on linings.

Coach fever running high since the floor reset! Never seen anything like this before, so I wonder if it's real........................I may go for it, just because it's so unusual, if it's legit of course!

I know it's probably bad of me, but whenever I see the words "rare" or "limited edition", it immediately raises a red flag! LOL
