The Coach name for this item is "wallet" which is why sellers are using that term in their listings. I think they (Coach) consider it a wallet is because rather than just the open storage that wristlets would have, this style has credit card slots and a zippered pocket, suitable for coins.

And because it also has the wrist strap, it's appropriately being described as a wristlet also.

She needs to send the bag back with delivery confirmation so she has proof that you received it. WHen you get it, examine to verify that it's the same item you sent and in the same condition.

If so, you can issue the refund and notify ebay that you did so. If it's not the same bag or not the same condition, let ebay know that too.

I would respond to the feedback now. There's no reason to wait.

Since you weren't asking about authenticity, I'll comment on your question. I think it would be considered a wallet with a wrist strap. I would consider it a wallet because it has card slots. The "official" name doesn't mention wallet or wristlet. I think Coach calls it a "Daisy Ocelot Small Zip Around." Sorry, I don't have the actual measurements.

Ive asked the seller for pictures of the serial number, but so far no response. I think this is fake but Im not quite sure. any obvious red flags here? thanks guys!

I find it interesting that it appears that yvetteyvette0516 knows that the bag is fake based on her "style" description, yet she uses a comp price of $398 for this junky fake.

Yet for an authentic listing, she compares selling prices of $35-$65:
