While I don't see any red flags from the pictures posted, there needs to be more pictures, including a picture of the creed. There should be a picture of the back and inside of the bag as well. I wouldn't buy without seeing a creed pic. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "her item # is not matching" - 16432 is the correct style number for this bag.

As for the price, maybe the seller has a friend who works at a department store who is able to purchase the items with their employee discount?

Starry, thank you. I looked this bag up on the coach site, and it give a style no# 16476. Hmm. What am I missing?

None the less, you're right. I'll ask for more photos. And I apologize about the incorrect format. I usually read the FAQ's before I post, but I forgot. My bad. Thanks for the help.:tup:

You're welcome! Style 16476 is the large. Style 16432 is the smaller size. It's not on the Coach site right now but it's on the Macy's site:
