Here are a few more pics of my british tan scooter bag. Since I cannot make out the serial number I can't figure out the year of manufacture. Do you know the approximate time period when these bags were available? Thanks!

Cute bag. Try to wipe over the embossing lightly with some baby powder or light color powdered eye shadow on you finger to help make the embossing more visable and for photos

Hey all. I have a few bags I want to inquire about.

Item: BNWT MADISON COACH LARGE SABRINA MAHOGANY BROWN LEATHER
Listing: 130430150873
Seller: snazzy*girlz
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/BNWT-MADISON-CO...873?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item1e5e3e28d9

And these two...I do not know if they are the same seller, but the creed pic looks like it was stolen from one of them. It looks the EXACT same. And the second seller has different backgrounds...

This one is "NWT", and the other "EUC", just FYI.

Thanks for all of your help!

The first one is fine.

The second seller is a TPFer and the bag in her pictures looks good. The creed picture appears to be different from the other pictures because it's blurred and is a different size than the other pictures. I'd ask for another picture.

The third seller uses borrowed photos in many of her listings, and as BB said, I wouldn't recommend buying from the third seller.

Item: Coach Willis Bag?
Listing number: NA, style number 9927
Seller: Salvation Army Thrift Store $9
Link: NA
Comments: This appears (to me!) to be an authentic Willis bag from 1999 but I am concerned because there is a big space before the last digit in the first part of the style number. I still need to find a replacement strap and get a new hangtag from Coach. Sorry for my poor photography skills; I will post additional pics in the message below. Thanks in advance for your help!

Spaces in the serial number weren't unusual in older bags. It looks ok.

trying out attachments, hope this works...

anyway, thrift store find. i think this is authentic (legacy west?) what do you guys think? i can't find a model with studs though. the little coach hangtag has separated cleanly into two pieces, i wonder why?

thanks for input :D

Looks good. It's the classic "Legacy Zip" and that one is from 1999. It's still available on the Coach site for $288.

The hangtags sometimes did split in half. I think you can call Coach and have them send you a new one. I have a fabric/leather glue and I've just glued them back together myself.

I love the bags with metal "feet" because they protect the leather so well.
