Seller: onelove*oneheart

Comments: I've seen a few of these, every bag i've seen has the "c"'s in different patterns on different bags. So i was wondering if this bag is authentic or not??
I think what you are referring to as "the "c"'s in different patterns on different bags" is actually the pattern placement.

The C pattern will be centered and aligned on all bags, but the exact placement of the horizontal and vertical Cs will vary depending on their location on the piece of fabric when the fabric was being cut.

This listing appears to be okay.

Some of the seller's other listings bother me. The seller has several other listings for what she describes as "Coach Ball Chains." I'm interested in hearing other opinions on these chains because I'm not sure they are "Coach."

Hang tags are attached with these types of chains but the chains are considerably shorter than those offered by this seller. Also, AFIK, the chains aren't made by Coach.

Opinions?

I also see a fake keychain box in the chain pictures.

Hi,
I found three nice little "old" or vintage looking Coach bags at a local charity secondhand shop. I'm SO curious to know if they are real or not!

I think two might be from the '80's, but what do I know. :p

I guess I should make three seperate posts, so I'll start with the one I'm most unsure of.

I couldn't get a clear photo of the stamp, but it says "COACHBAG" as one word, and at the bottom says "MADE IN KOREA". There is no leather "flap" that is attached to the zipper like the other two, it is just stamped on the inside. It seems fairly well made.

Thanks for the help!

This is a medium size COACH bag, with a flap - magnate closure. It is well made, and I really like it, But, like I said in the first post... I'm just dieing to know if it's real because they were so inexpensive!
I really appreciate the help and feedback
Thanks!
~Abby

This one is really cute. The unusual shape makes it fun, and the green is different, but I can't tell if it is genuine.

Thanks again, again! :p

Sorry, but the brown bag is fake. Coach bags aren't made in Korea and they don't have 5 digit serial numbers. The older bags had 7 digit serial numbers.

I'm not sure about the other 2 so definitely wait for other opinions on those.

This is a link to Hyacinth's "Authenticity Questions" that has a lot of great information.

I don't recognize the style of the black one, but there aren't any obvious red flags. More pictures might help, like straight-on shots of the front and back of the bag (stuff it with tissue or a towel so we can see the actual shape), and get a pic of the strap and buckle. The Forest Green one looks like a Kimball Zip from the early 90s.

The Korean one is definitely fake.

I don't thnk there's any way to tell if the ball chains came from Coach - and anyway, Coach doesn't make those, they buy them in bulk from an outside supplier just like they do with most of their metal hardware. You can probably find similar (and cheaper) ones in any craft store, or buy a full set of chain, keyring and clip from Silver-Coach on Ebay.

Coach doesn't sell those separately so I doubt if she's getting hers from Coach unless she's scamming them out of free replacement hangtags too.

Comments: Hi! I wondering if this is an authentic vintage Coach. THANKS!!!

This is the only LV I'm finding.

Yeah, that one, at least that's what they said at the Authenticate LV post. :). Any thoughts on the Coach?

The Coach looks ok. You can depend on Dem Ram's expertise with vintage Coaches. :smile1:

This bag is fake. Coach never made any bags in Korea and the XXX-XX serial number is not a valid number.
