I don't see any red flags but there should be more pictures of the bag such as the back, bottom, sides, inside, hardware, and closeups of the logo plaque and the hangtags.
I asked the seller for additional pictures and she sent the attached. She also sent a picture of a white dustbag.

All appear to be fine but the seller's use of Coach's copyrighted stock photos in many listings, either as the gallery picture or within the descriptions is something that she shouldn't be doing.
Clearly, the seller has a camera and uses her own pictures. There is no need for a stock photo and to use them is infringing on Coach's copyright.
